Je voudrais savoir...
Sur une carte mère tournant à 266MHtz (bus de 64 bits, 2100 Mb/s) puis je y installer de la mémoire tournant à 2700 Mb/s?
Je pensais que oui vue qu'en toute logique la vitesse s'adapterait en fonction du composant le plus lent autrement dit la carte mère. Parce que si ce n'est pas le cas, cela pourrait être la cause de mes problèmes évoqués sur ce topic...
Mais je voudrais d'autres avis sur la question...

Me revoilà avec mon pb de mémoire...
J'ai fait un ultime test des mes deux barrettes l'une et puis l'autre...
Plus de pb.
Le pb, c'est quand je les installe toutes les deux. J'ai trois bancs pour mes barretes. J'ai essayé toutes les combiaisons possibles (1+2, 1+3, 2+3) tout ca en intervertissant les barretes à chaque fois... A chaque démarrage, un petit memtest pour vérifier... et surprise : DES ERREURS!!! et ca me casse les couilles!
Finalement, je me rends compte que ca ne peut pas être les barrettes qui sont défectueuses. J'imagine que la carte mère y est pour qqch... Mais quoi...?
Comment se fait il que je puisse brancher qu'une seule barrette, et que quand je mets les deux, ca plante?
Qqun a til une explication technique et logique à mon pb...
Je reprécise que ce sont deux barrettes de 512 DDR PC2700 (cl 2.5) Elixir

Vous devez connaître et maîtriser les actions manuelles suivantes
o Tuer un processus actif
o Retirer une entrée de la liste de démarrage
o Détruire des fichiers
o Détruire des répertoires
o Détruire des clés de registre
o Détruire une entrée dans un clé de registre
o Désenregistrer des DLLs
Tuer les processus suivants s'ils sont actifs:
programfilesdir+\hotbar\bin\4.3.1.0\hbinst.exe
programfilesdir+\hotbar\bin\4.3.1.0\hbsrv.exe
programfilesdir+\hotbar\bin\hbinst.exe
systemroot+\system32\hbinst.exe

Stopper le lancement automatique
Rechercher la clé de registre hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run. S'il s'y trouve une entrée "HotBar", détruire cette entrée (seulement cette entrée, pas la clé).
Redemarrer aussitôt la machine.
Désenregistrer les dll suivantes:

je pense aussi qu'il y a une mise à jour windows (paramètre de sécurité pour les pc multi utilisateur) qui t'oblige à choisir un utilisateur avant d'ouvrir une session. Meme si il n'y a que toi, je ne pense pas qu'il y ait d'alternative à s'arreter sur la page d'accueil et de cliquer sur ton nom pour ouvrir une session.
Je ne peux pas te dire laquelle comme ca, mais en la désinstallant, ca devrait résoudre ton pb... Je vais tacher de regarder ca...

c: 10Gg XP (il faut bien ca pour qu'il tourne correctement)

sache qu'au moins tu grave vite, au moins tu auras de problèmes.

Pour les cd audio par ex je grave en 4x et c nikel. C'est mieux pour les vieux lecteur cd ou auto radio (vu leur sensibilité). pour ce qui est des données tu peux te permettre d'aller plus vite car à la lecture, un lecteur cdrom est moins sensible qu'un lecteur de salon (oui je sais qu'un cd de données n'a rien à faire dans un lecteur cd de salon, c'était pour l'exemple).

il va sans dire que les cartes réseaux doivent être bien installées sur chaque machine. et voilà... c comme ca que ca se passe chez moi et sans aucun pb...

Et en branchant 2 barrettes identiques en 2700 sur cette même carte mère (1600 ou 2100), celà justifie t il les problèmes évoqués ICI?
(extrème lenteur ainsi que blocage et plantage de IE, reboot intempestifs, coloration jaune des parties de fenêtre et de texte, plantage des jeux, repérage d'erreurs avec memtest86 version 3.0, ...)
Ma carte mère serait elle défectueuse ou n'accepte t elle simplement pas des barrettes à fréquence plus haute qu'elle ne supporte?
