Salut, Je viens de découvrir une autre option dans mon bios que je ne connais pas:

 

MPS Revision(1.1 ou 1.4)

 

Dans le livre de ma carte-mêre on explique pas ce que c'est :??:

 

Par défaut il est a 1.1 mais je me suis rendu compte que Sisoftware Sandra Lite 2005 me conseille de le mettre a 1.4.

 

Quelqu'un peut me dire ce que veut dire cette option du bios(MPS Revision)?

However, users of the ABIT BP6 motherboard and Windows 2000 should take note of a possible problem with the MPS version set to 1.4. Dan Isaacs reported that when you set the MPS version to 1.4 in the ABIT BP6, Windows 2000 will not use the second processor. So, if you encounter this problem, set the MPS Revision to 1.1

je vois des trucs abérant, comme par exemple de prendre un AMD pour faire un o/c. le P4C 3GHz est un des meilleurs CPU pour l'overclocking, pk prendre un AMD qui l'est pas forcément autant?!?!

 

autrement :

 

pour la ram, pas de blem tu la met en 333 au lieu de 400

 

tu bloque les fréquences AGP/PCI à 66.6 et 33.3

 

tu monte le FSB,

 

quand le CPU est pas stable, tu monte le Vcore de 0.025V

 

 

et l'affaire est belle!!!

 

je précise pas plus que 1.7-1.8V pour le Vcore

 

et controle toujours que la ram soie pas trop en dessus des 200MHz

pourquoi c'est aberrant?!!!

 

il y a de tres bons amd pour l'o/c,pas mal de winnie 3000+ (1800mhz) montent a 2500/2700mhz :voila:

 

et un amd n'a pas besoin d'etre a 3ghz pour etre performant :o
