Quinze jours à peine après la sortie de Sandra 2015, l’éditeur SiSoftware annonce déjà la disponibilité d’une nouvelle version de son logiciel. Il s’agit dune mise à jour mineure dont le numéro de version est 2015.01.21.12. Pour cet nouvel opus le support des processeurs Skylake et Brasswell a été amélioré, et les benchs CPU / GPU ont été mis à jour.

* Hardware:
– Updated support for Core (Skylake), Atom (Brasswell), Server.
* Benchmark: GPGPU:
– GEMM (SGEMM/DGEMM) update for OpenCL, CUDA and DirectX CS. Some scores have improved as much as 3-4x on high-end GPUs.
– FFT (SFFT/DFFT) minor update for OpenCL, CUDA and DirectX CS. Further updates will follow.
– Multi-GPU scaling fix for unbalanced systems (e.g. built-in iGPU + powerful dedicated dGPU); particularly helps Optimus or Dual-Graphics systems.
* Benchmark: CPU Multimedia:
– Reverted to the 2014 aggregate score (geo-mean of integer, float, double).
* Benchmark: CPU Scientific:
– FFT (SFFT/DFFT) further SIMD code-path optimisations (FMA, AVX, SSE3, SSE2).
