DirectX 9.0 Bêta 1 en téléchargement

Le site
The Digital
Ressource

New features:
– ManagedDX.
– DXDiag automation, to enable MSInfo32 and other clients to get at its info.
– DPlay hot-switchable between retail and debug using SDK cpl.
– VS.NET compatibility (projects, etc )
– New Appwizards for DMOs (DirectSound/DirectShow) and DMTool (DirectMusic)
– New Samples – vastly improved DShow/D3D integration is probably the biggest
change over 8.x.
– Update AppWizard for VS 7.0
– D3D Shader debugger, integrates with the VS IDE.
– D3DSpy, to allow viewing of API calls that go by. like OGLTrace.
– New SAMPLES:    Shader Workshop interactive shader test
environment

Issues:
– The shader debugger utility only works with DirectX 8 interfaces. The new
interfaces will be suppported in future beta releases of DirectX 9.
– Be sure to set the paths to the DirectX 9.0 lib and headers within Visual
Studio.  They must be listed first.  Otherwise you may
experience compiler errors.
– DirectDraw labels it’s debug spew as coming from "Direct3D8".
– Netmeeting and WindowsWP remoting disables graphic hardware acceleration.
